Mammoth Lakes

Three Mammoth Lakes in 24hrs. All were beautiful in there own way but Convict Lake stole the show…and the Milky Way definitely helped.

Alabama Hills

We drove up to the southern Sierras and boondocked by Movie Flat Road, We watched the sun shine on the peaks of Mt. Whitney from Mobius Arch and made a few short trips as we drove north, including Owens River.

Death Valley

After spending the night at Badwater, today we check out Zabriskie Point, Artist’s Palette, and an epic “wind event” that created a near white out condition by the sand dunes.

Badwater Basin

An early morning flight, our first campervan experience, and our first National Park of the trip. Today kicked off our road trip from Vegas to San Francisco in a big way.
